1. Introduction

Welcome to CoCo (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("User") and CoCo. By accessing or using CoCo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. User Responsibilities

By using CoCo, you agree that you will NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the app's code in any way.

  • Use the app to harass, bully, or harm others.

  • Sell, distribute, or reproduce any part of CoCo, including its code, assets, or branding.

  • Violate any applicable third-party app store rules or policies.

You are free to use CoCo to create any sketches you desire, as long as such usage does not violate these Terms.

3. Content Ownership

  • User-Created Sketches: You retain full ownership of any sketches you create within CoCo. These sketches are stored locally on your device, and CoCo does not have access to them unless you choose to share them manually.

  • CoCo Branding, Design, and Software: All aspects of CoCo—including its name, branding, user interface, software, and code—are the exclusive property of CoCo and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Age Restrictions

CoCo is intended for use by individuals aged 13 and older. By using CoCo, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old or have received permission from a parent or guardian to use the app. If any local laws impose stricter age restrictions, those laws take precedence.

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoCo and its developers disclaim all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical injuries (e.g., tripping or falling while using VR).

  • Loss or corruption of sketches stored on your device.

  • Software bugs, interruptions, or data loss caused by unexpected system behavior.

You use CoCo at your own risk. CoCo is provided "AS IS" with no guarantees of functionality, reliability, or compatibility.

6. Warranties and "AS-IS" Disclaimer

CoCo is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that CoCo will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or secure. Any use of CoCo is at your own risk.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If any dispute arises between you and CoCo, we will first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration instead of in court, unless otherwise required by local law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico.

When using CoCo in VR, please be aware of the following safety considerations:

  • Maintain awareness of your surroundings to avoid tripping, falling, or colliding with objects in your environment.

  • Take regular breaks to prevent dizziness, nausea, or other symptoms of VR fatigue.

  • Consult a doctor if you experience disorientation, nausea, or other adverse effects.

By using CoCo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of CoCo immediately.
